Great Slope Style

Now that winter break & our trip to Disney are over, we will be moving on to colder temps. My family loves to ski and so I have been gearing up to hit the slopes. Working on my slope style is something I love in the winter! I love coats, hats, ski and winter gear in general. I always look for new pieces to mix into my collection. There are so many great and stylish items out now and some for really great prices! I even found lots of cute ski and Après ski gear on Amazon.

To obtain an amazing slope fashion style, there are several ways to go about it. I suggest to collect higher-end and more functional pieces that might be a little more pricey, over a period of time. It is worth the investment to purchase a ski coat or ski pants that are better quality and will last you a long time. Plus they will most likely protect you from the elements far better than something less affordable. So I would say to possibly collect one good piece per season. This should be warm coat, base layers, warm hat, good quality helmet etc. Sometimes I find that you can get the best items at amazing prices at the end of the season. So a smart thing to do is buy a pricier item at an end of season sale and save it for next winter!

The more fashion-forward/ trendy items can be mixed in as you find them and can vary in price. You can always mix in pricey with less-expensive to get a more stylish look. These are things you can find and buy any time: cute boots, goggles or sunnies, a pretty Apres ski sweater etc.

The mix and match of pricey / less expensive can elevate your look while and te splurge on the key items will keep you warm on the slopes for years to come!!

Some of my all time personal favorite ski pieces are below. Helly Hansen is a great brand if you are unsure where to begin. Their pieces are stylish but also highly functional and will last you forever. I have had one of my HH ski jackets for over 10 years and they are still going strong!
